Goal Date: Dec 15-18, 2009 (Whenever we can get Ellen Degeneres tickets to a taping of the Ellen tv show before they stop taping for the end of the year break.)

I only ran the 3 miles home from work today as I need to have a rest day every now and again…But I’m really happy with my progress, and I’ve got 13 extra miles banked above and beyond the 36 I need each week. That’s so that if I need them when the weather is too hot this summer or too crappy this fall, I have a little buffer.
